Hello and welcome to PRBL. This league is provided to have a fun realistic competetion amongst each others. Your mission as a gm is too build a dyansty, by trading, free agency and drafting.

GM Responsibility

- Send Line ups in, it is so important that I get line ups. If you don't send in a line up for 3 weeks in a row you may be subject to firing. Even if you dont want to make changes atleast email me no changes. It's important for me to know that you are active in the league.

- Trading, you dont have to trade, but if your team is playing horrible and you are doing nothing to try to improve it, then we will run into a prooblem. If you hate losing as much as I do you will do everything in your power to make your team better. In others words trade.

-Voting for Hall of fame, After every year the gms will vote on the players who retire, if after 5 years the player who retied has not been inducted to the hall of fame by the fellow gms he will be taken off the list for voting. To make the hall of 25 of the 30 gms must vote the player in.

-Unfair trades, if a gm feels that a trade is a major rip off he has the right to contest the trade. For the trade to go up the the trade committee 10 league members must contest the trade. There are 4 members in this committee(pmbheat97, nymets4243, greenlight30, and ?) and plus the Prez(myself), VP(sfg25bonds) , and 2nd VP(bballplaya35). The league commishioners will only vote if the the 4 member come out to a tie. I do not like voiding trades so it would have to be really bad, an obvious form of cheating etc...

-Articles for team, the more professional the article the better the reward. Each team must write an article concerning the teams trades, weaknesses and strengths. Good articles will be rewarded. Articles should be written on a monthly basis. For every article written you may make up to 1,000,000 dollars. For teams who don't have the financial system as of the Yankees and Braves. This would be a good way to make up for it. It takes 10-15 minutes to write a nice article. 15 minutes a month i'm sure all of you can spare.

Commish Responsibility

-The commish is responsible for many things. I am too sim and post all the info on the site. Simming days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Line ups are to be sent in Tuesday and Thursday night 9 pm. On Sundays line ups must be sent in by 12pm. All times are EST.

-Gm Hiring and firing, I can fire gms for the following reasons name calling this is a fun league no reason to badger another gm just cause you dont agree on a topic. Inactivity, Not sending in line up or trading, and any other special occasion in which the gm does something not morally right.

DRAFT

-During any draft there will be a 2 minute time limit to pick your player. After two minutes your pick will be auto picked no excuses you get knocked offline sorry. This is why you should send in a list just to be safe.

-If you talk during the draft w/o it being your pick you will be autopicked, only comments I will allow is good pick. I am not here to baby sit, if you start arguing about being autopicked i will fire you on the spot that simple. I dont want to spend 10 hours drafting cause some of you guys don't know how to behave. I am sure no one else wants to either so just follow those simple directions.

Free agency

-Free agency is run like this each team offers there best offers for the player the player chooses who he wants to sign with this doesnt mean highest offer wins. Player may like location or maybe he wants to win. There are 5 rounds for free agency after every round a new free agency list will be sent out and we offer all over again.

- Signing free agents during season. During the season you will send in the name of the player you want to sign. It's first come first serve. But you may only sign one player per day. So be smart on who you sign.

-Resigning players, players will either ask for a specific amount or say offer, or say its too early in the season to talk about contracts. Either way after 3 offers the player gets mad and you wont be able to resign him if the offers are insulting. So try to make sure your offer is somewhat respectable. Also if you dont got the money he wants YOU CAN'T RESIGN HIM. Another reason why writing articles could help you out.
